In this course, students will explore and use many of the features of QuickBooks as it pertains to a service business and a merchandising business. Students will apply accounting concepts in recording transactions, preparing reports, closing an accounting period, creating a company files, establishing inventory, customer and vendor files and preparing the payroll. Upon completion of the course, students should be able to use QuickBooks Pro 2013 in real-world situations and aid in the completion QuickBooks Certification.
